The plant from the road, Harda
Sharbati wheat
Sharbati atta from Harda.
Sharbati is the wheat we grow in Harda, in the Narmada valley. Cool rabi winters and alluvial soil are why this grain mills into atta that holds on the tawa.
We sow it on our land, mill it on a stone chakki at our plant, and print the milling date on the bag. Chakki Fresh, Farm Select, and MP Gold are the same farm and mill. The lots and pack prices differ.
Retail packs are 1 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg (MP Gold in 1 kg and 5 kg). Wholesale grain goes in 25 kg and 50 kg sacks, ex-warehouse Harda.
