We grow Sharbati on our own land in Harda, Madhya Pradesh, mill it on a stone chakki, and print the date before the pack leaves. Farm to plate from fields we own. Wheat has been grown here for five generations.

We grow wheat on our own land in Harda, in the Narmada valley. Sharbati likes this soil: alluvial land, groundwater, cool rabi winters. That is what we mill. Farm to plate from those fields.
